With only traditional harvesting methods, our olives are collected early and ripen in salted water according to the traditional recipe. Kalamata Olives
With thick and full juicy flesh, thin skin and fruity flavor, our Kalamata Olives, are being collected one by one carefully by hand, to ensure the high quality of the fruit. Vacuum package for lighter and minimal space, our olives are made exclusively from water and salt, without preservatives. Enjoy in your own Greek salads, or any kind or cooking, such as rustic, potato salad, or even in a simple yet full of flavor tomato salad, in sauces, on pizza and whatever you can imagine.
Koroneiki Olives
In Crete, from the same trees we produce olive oil, we collect biggest olives by hand and we produce these olives. Koroneiki Olives or the «Cretan olives ” are being harvested when still green , ensuring in this way the unique taste and their high quality.
