Olive Oil with Rosemary

Cretan extra virgin olive with Rosemary. We collect by hand rosemary branches from the area of Archanes. After dry them we put the whole branch in olive oil and we have this tastefull product. Very loving and special flavor. The use of rosemary is widespread in cooking, adding unique aroma and flavor. Try it with cretan snails, lamb liver, grilled fish, lamb meat and marinades.
